The Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer (RVPD) is a multifunctional system that can carry multiple processes at a time, such as Drying under vacuum at relatively low temperature, mixing, solvent recovery, etc. It is designed for sensitive products that can be damaged due to high temperature, easily oxidized or contaminated due to atmospheric contact, which releases strong irritants or hazardous fumes/dust, and volatile compounds.

Design characteristics

Industrial Fabricators has been manufacturing Rotary Vacuum Paddle Drying systems for over three and a half decades. The system is manufactured out of heavy-duty sheets/plates to withstand low vacuums levels up to 760mm Hg, and is mounted on a sturdy structure which enables the rotational movement of the entire cone and assembles without any vibrations. It comes with a wide variety of options for heating media, including Steam, Thermic Fluid, Hot water, and IFHWG & IFHOG systems. These systems can be coupled with the system as heating media to generate hot water or thermic fluid oil for precise and accurate operations.
